➞ Bedroom 1 has twin beds and bedroom 2 has a king-size bed. ** All beds can be split into single beds or king-size beds on request. Please note if the 2nd sofa bed need to be used for the 6th person we do need to be informed ideally 24 hrs before check-in**

➞ Each room is provided with fresh linen and soft fluffy towels. The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night’s sleep!

➞ If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

➞ To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require fortnightly cleaning and linen changeovers (included) for long-term bookings.

➞ Weekly housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee if required.

Extras

Early Check-In/ Late Check-Out

➞ We offer early check-in where possible (from 1pm subject to availability) for a small charge. Please note if you are looking to check in any earlier than 1pm, this is strictly dependent on whether we have a same-day check-out & you may be required to book the night before if available for an extra charge.

➞ We offer late check-out where possible (from 12pm subject to availability) for a small charge. Please note if you are looking to check out later than 12pm, this is strictly dependent on whether we have a same-day check-in & you may be required to book the following night if available for an extra charge.

Luggage Storage

➞ We have partnered with a local luggage storage company that can offer our guests the best rates to store luggage. Where possible, we may be able to store luggage at the property before check-in or after check-out; however, this is subject to availability and depends on how long the luggage requires storage.
